Devon & Devon at Istanbul for the Grand Hotel Kempinski

Chosen for the sultan’s personal suite, the most prestigious of the majestic Ciragan Palace Kempinski in Istanbul, the Queen bathtub by Devon & Devon gives an elegant and refined touch to the room that hosts it and moments of absolute comfort and charm to its guests.

With a total space of 470 square meters, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounges and a staff of 12 people, the suite, which is considered the most expensive in the world, customarily accommodates kings, princes and heads of state.

The palace, a jewel of the Ottoman period, is situated in a perfect position in the heart of the city, overlooking the sea and close to the Bosphorus strait.

Over the centuries it has received several emperors and in 1992 the Kempinski hotel company, who has recovered several historical locations over the years, carried out a restoration of the building, carefully attentive to maintaining its original style.

The bathtub is fitted with Eagle feet and Victorian taps with floor-standing legs, both with a light golden finish.
